Complex characters tend to be characters that have layers, many designs/patterns and overall will take time to draw and make sure it's correct. Non-complex characters tend to be simiplier to draw, and take less time when drawing.Always make sure to provide clear references of the character or design in order for me to evaluate. It's hard to evaluate a design if it's only a headshot or limited to some degree.I'm stating this due to some questions: Characters/Designs that are POC are NOT considered complicated. I have brushes and will go out of my way to ensure I have done the design properly. Talk to me if you have any questions, I am open to discussions!If a design has several seperate patterns I'll need to design/make for you, it may be deemed complex!

TERMS OF SERVICE
✨ ⋮ By commissioning me you:
🡭 By purchasing any commissions from me you state that you have read, understood and agreed to these rules and will abide by them. If there are any uncertainties you can always dm me and I'll do my best to answer your questions!🡭 If you are caught breaking my TOS you will receive a warning before you will be blacklisted and banned from purchasing any future commissions. My blacklist is kept private.🡭 My art is prohibited from being used for AI and blockchain-related technologies such as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or cryptocurrency. I have zero interest in either, and will refuse a commission if you have a history of AI or NFT usage.
💵 ⋮ On Purchase / Payment
🡭 All purchases are in USD, unless clearly stated otherwise. Payment is made through Paypal, via invoice (unless discussed otherwise)🡭 Unless discussed otherwise, full payment is made upfront. If you feel uncomfortable with this after discussing this with me, I have an option for 50/50 - half upfront and half after a sketch is provided.🡭 Payment plans are possible. I still will not work past the sketch phase unless half payment is made. Payment plans will begin from $50+. After full payment is made, I will contuine the piece.🡭 Price will change depending on the complexity and/or detail of the piece at my discretion. Please be aware of this and prepared for it incase the price does increase/decrease.🡭 Please make sure to be as specific as possible when ordering your commission. The more ideas and references you provide, the better, as well as the faster I can work on a piece!🡭 If the commission has a specific deadline that I am notified of in advance, a rush fee at may be placed by my discretion. If you need your commission done by a specific deadline you must tell me in advance, I will not work within a 1 month timeframe.🡭 I am happy to try and work within budgets. Please reach out to me in private for this and have a discussion with me!

✅ ⋮ Permission Uasge
🡭 You do not have permission to use your commission commerically if you did not discuss and pay for that beforehand. You may not make any profit off of the commission, which includes but is not limited to promotion, videos, games, digital prints, physical items, etc. If you intend to make a physical product for yourself and NOT produced for others, that does not invovle a commerical fee.🡭 Commerical Fees for Indie Vtubers will be different for those that are not indie. Each discussion will be handled case by case. I do not have an overall set commerical fee!🡭 Commercial licenses for commissions can be discussed with me and will be handled separately from regular commissions. If you plan on using your commission for anything commerically related, you must disclose this to me beforehand. Commercial licenses will be given in explicit written agreements.🡭 Every piece of work is ASSUMED to not be commerical work. My commerical rates are different.🡭 I retain all rights to the artwork as the artist, but not the subject in the piece unless my characters are depicted as well.🡭 All products are assumed to be digital. No physical product will be given unless discussed otherwise.🡭 I retain the right to post WIP shots and the final commission on my social medias. Unless this is discussed beforehand or an NDA is signed beforehand. (NDAs do have a fee that will be added to the discussed price.)🡭 If you use my art as a banner, icon, emote etc. you must give proper credit somewhere on your page. For example, on Twitch, include credit within the "About Me" section. If used on a website I am not on, try and include where to find me. (Example: By @DoktorrSketchy on Twitter)

🡦 You must be 18+ in order to do business with me. I use Paypal and Paypal requires you are 18+ to have an account. I don't feel comfortable doing business with minors. If this is found broken, I will blacklist and refuse future service to you.🡦 I retain the right to refuse any commission without giving a reason as to why. If I am comfortable enough to inform you, I will.🡦 I may work on personal art inbetween commissions. If you do not like this, do not commission me.🡦 Please do keep in mind that I may adjust colors if needed. If something uses pure white or pure black, I will change those colors since I avoid using them when I shade/light stuff. If a color is too saturated, it may be toned down. Final colors may appear different from work in progresses as well due to lighting, shading, and filters.🡦 I reserve the right to post your commissioned artwork to my social media and websites, unless discussed otherwise. If an NDA is dicussed or due to a debut, I will not post. Please discuss this beforehand so no accidents happen.
📖 ⋮ Process Guide
🡦 When reaching out to me, be preapred to have a conversation on your request. I always have tons of questions to try and gauge what the client is looking for.🡦 Having references, moodboard, pose ideas, a stick drawing etc. will be super handy and super helpful in the conversation. There MUST be at least one clear DIGITAL reference for me to use for the commission.🡦 After we have discussed the details of the commission, I will give a price and ask for the email associated with your paypal. Once the invoice is paid (discuss it with me if it goes over 24 hrs), I will begin sketching.🡦 Sketches can take up to 3 weeks to receive depending on the commission request! I always try to have them within 2, but sometimes they may take 3!🡦 I will provide several work in progress shots. You may request revisions within those stages, but I will not do free revisions later in another stage.🡦 I allow unlimited revisions (in accordance with each step) within reason. If I feel as if a client is purposefully abusing this, I will begin to charge extra for any further revisions requested.🡦 I rather you be happy with the commission you paid for, so I very much encourge revisions or edits! Please don't be afraid to ask.🡦 I'm happy to provide files that are unwatermarked, no text, filterless, etc. upon request. Otherwise, you will receive a watermarked verison.
🕡 ⋮ Turnaround Time
🡭 I am very open to communicating my time with you. I do not have a set work schedule. I TRY to work Mon-Fri but due to a lot of outside forces, this may not be the case everytime.🡭 If something comes up, I will do my best to let you know if I'm taking a break or if I'm going to be working slower. I commonly update my status on Discord if something is coming up before I have time to message clients.🡭 For an overall turnaround time is 4-6 months depending on the request. Sometimes stuff may happen that extends this, which in that case I will try and keep you updated on everything.🡭 I understand situations happen. I will only send follow up messages a week after my last message, 2 weeks, and then a month. After a month if no contact is made I will place the commission on pause.🡭 Delayed responses to my questions/wips will cause me to extend the original delivery date. This rule is not to put pressure on you, it's to ensure I have the right amount of time to work on a commission.
💰 ⋮ Refunds
🡭 You may cancel your commission prior to payment without repercussions.🡭 I will not provide a refund with completed work. You are given many many opportunities to request changes throughout the commission.🡭 If a refund is requested after I've begun, I retain the right to refuse your refund. You forfite the right to the commission. All files will remain mine unless discussed.🡭 I will refund a certain percentage based on how much work I have done. Meaning, if I've begun the commission you will not receive a full refund.🡭 If I decide to issue the refund, I will contact you to discuss about a refund/compensation.

📖 ⋮ Process Guide:
🡭 All design commissions will require some sort of moodboard, reference board, pintrest board, etc. for me to begin. I will not work off of a written description only. If you are unable to find references, I will happily try to with your input and help.🡭 Do NOT bring me someone else's character(s) with the intent of asking me to repurpose them for you. There's a difference to providing the image as a reference for a design aspect you enjoy, to providing the image wanting the character directly just changed for you.🡭 Design Commissions all take longer than standard commissions. Sometimes there may be more sketches than normal, which I'm okay doing. If it seems like this is being abused, I will begin to charge for revisions. After the 2nd new sketch, we may need to rediscuss the commission to see eye-to-eye.🡭 Once sketches are approved, I will do a rough idea of the colors for those to be approved. Providing exact colors you want would make this part easier and quicker!🡭 After sketches and approval of colors, I will start lining the piece. Details will be more obvious here. If any detail may need a seperate drawing on the reference, I will provide it.🡭 There is extra charges when it comes to custom tattoos, bags, jelwery etc. If something is simple enough, I may not charge extra for it.🡭 Tattoos that are deemed custom will come on a 1000 x 1000 canvas. This is the same for custom symbols. Depending on the complexity of these, there may be an upcharge.

✏️ ⋮ Design Edits:
🡦 I am happy to do any design edits for you after the commission is finished, such as skin tone color change, hair change, adding a scar, tattoo, piercings etc.🡦 I do not like my art edited and would prefer if I can edit it myself. Please feel free to contact me and discuss this with me.🡦 I understand stuff happens with a character you wish to reflect. For a small fee I may be willing to do bigger edits. Especially the case for scars since I enjoy drawing them so much, I might do them for free!🡦 I am happy to consider doing outfits for a custom design for a cheaper fee once a body is made. Feel free to reach out and discuss this with me! Sometimes the price for an outfit can be lower than standard due to this!
